Smooth experience, good support

I recently bought Photomizer for photo optimization. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I just selected the product and completed the purchase. Delivery of the license key was almost immediate, landed in my inbox within minutes. I had a small question about installation on a second PC, and their customer support replied within a few hours with clear instructions. The software itself is robust and does what it promises, the interface is fairly intuitive. It's not overly complicated, which I appreciate. I got my photos sorted pretty quickly after installing it.

Consistent quality over time

I've bought from Engelmann a few times now. This last purchase was for OnlineTV. Like my previous experiences with their other utilities, the process was reliable. The license key arrived fast, and the software works as expected. I've always found their products to be stable, and this one is no different. It's why I keep coming back when I need new tools; they're consistently dependable.

Good value, minor snag

MyFormatConverter worked well for my video files, overall a solid product. The download and installation were easy enough. I did notice that the download speed for the installer was a bit slow compared to other software I've purchased, but it eventually finished. Customer service was helpful when I asked about supported formats. For the price, it's a good deal.

Worth the cost for sure

I was looking for a budget-friendly solution for video conversion and found Engelmann. I snagged MyFormatConverter during one of their seasonal sales. The discount was pretty good, made it feel like a real steal. I was a bit hesitant since I hadn't heard of them much, but the price point convinced me to try. The software does the job, converts my videos without any issues. It felt like I got a lot of utility for what I paid. Definitely a good option if you're trying to save some money.
